PERSONALITY

Easily offended. Outspoken. Fearless.
The term "shit stirrer" is a pretty appropriate adjective for this mouthy young woman. Tobi - "Tobes" as she prefers - is a proud daughter of the O'Brien clan with a lot of love and support for her family - regardless of how shitty her treatment usually is. Being a woman in the Mafia is exceedingly difficult, especially for someone who speaks their mind as much as she does. Tobes is offended by the smallest of things, which causes her defensive instincts and anger to flare up at inopportune times. If it weren't for the fact that she belonged to the bloodline of the O'Brien clan and not just one of their supporting families, she probably would have been offed for overstepping her boundaries long ago.

With that being said, her sense of humor is decent so long as she doesn't feel her toes are being stepped on. While she is willing to do any and every thing to see that their clan succeeds over that of the Antonucchi clan. Her brother, Heath, is probably her weakest point when it comes to the decisions she makes. If it is something she knows will affect him directly, she is exceptionally quick to open her mouth on whatever the subject might be, but she usually finds herself reprimanded as soon as the syllables escape her lips. Heath doesn't "approve" of these tactics being the protective older brother that he is, but she's far too stubborn to knock it off - even for him.

You might be wondering just why she disregards her first name completely, and the simplest answer is this: she absolutely despises her first name for reasons unbeknownst to her. Because of this, practically no one is aware of "Branna" being her first name unless it is someone who has dug up some sort of information on her or who is involved with her family.

HISTORY

In actuality, Tobi's full name is Branna Tobi Mulligan-O'Brien, though she keeps her family origin a secret in order to complete her job as a fisher. She was born August 31, 1901 as the second child of Aileen O'Brien, who was a daughter to Padraig O'Brien - founder of the family clan. She has a brother who is several years her senior but that she is closest to out of anyone else, resulting in both of them being overprotective of one another.

The siblings grew up in a lavish lifestyle, being given everything their heart could desire given the immense wealth accumulated by their family. Everything was presented to them in the best of qualities, but due to their mother's heavy involvement with fishing for information on the Antonucchi family and their father's being a drug lord, the two practically had to raise themselves. Even despite this obstacle, their life was relatively simple as children - until they hit the age of fifteen. This was when they were both brought into the family business. Tobi followed in her mother's footsteps and became a fisher while working at a local speakeasy that is constantly roaring with activity - making her job a relatively easy to obtain information. Heath, on the other hand, followed in their father's footsteps and is an up and coming drug lord to take over their portion of the family business.
